Make A Difference
Who we are:
We exist to provide a residential setting for those struggling with addiction, providing safety, structure, discipleship, and supervision for the purpose of restoring them back to God, family, work, and community.
Our goal is to see people struggling with addiction experience freedom, healing, and restoration of their lives that happens through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. In order to accomplish that goal we provide safe place where men can live, heal, and begin to build the foundation for a new life found in Christ, through daily bible reading, discipleship, and vocational training.
A non-negotiable component of The Bridge is that anyone who is serious about turning over their life of addiction is welcome at The Bridge, regardless of their ability to pay. We never want to hinder anyone from the freedom that comes in Christ. Therefore, residents are never asked to pay more than $1500 for the entire 12-month program. However, from our experience most residents rarely have the ability to pay, which is why we call it a virtually free program!
It costs approximately $33,000 a year to house one resident at The Bridge. One of our first-year goals is to house six men. Currently we are supporting three men. A six-man house creates an operating cost of $198,000 a year. On our own that is an insurmountable task. But we serve a BIG God, who wants to do BIG things in the lives of people struggling with addiction.
This effort to reach those who struggle with addiction with the gospel of Jesus Christ is 100% supported by local individuals, churches, and organizations in Napa County.
The body of Christ reaches far and wide and we ask that you would consider praying about becoming a “Friend of The Bridge” with a monthly support amount of $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, or $200 a month. While one time donations are greatly appreciated, in order to sustain long term financial health, reoccurring monthly support is preferred. To donate, click the link below!
